Draft Only Drafting the agreement based on intake responses. No revisions. $1,000
Draft + 1 Revision/Negotiation One round of revisions based on your feedback and coordination with
the other party or their attorney. $1,500
Draft + 2 Revisions + Coordination Includes up to two revisions and full coordination through execution
and signing. $1,800
📄 Review of Postmarital Agreements Drafted by Another Attorney
We also represent clients who have been presented with a postmarital agreement drafted by their spouse or their spouse’s attorney. Our services focus on protecting your interests, identifying problematic provisions, and ensuring the agreement is fair, enforceable, and consistent with Texas law.

Review Only Review of a well-drafted agreement with minimal or no revisions.
Includes consultation and minor correspondence with opposing counsel. $500
Review + Moderate Revisions Includes explanation of key provisions, preparation of a redline version
with moderate changes, and direct coordination with the other party’s

Review + Extensive Revisions For complex or one-sided agreements requiring substantial redrafting,
multiple rounds of communication, and negotiation with opposing counsel. $1,000+
